加热制度对氮微合金化HRB500E方坯晶粒度的影响

在加热温度1 080~1 250℃及保温时间5~30 min的条件下,研究了加热制度对氮微合金化HRB500E方坯奥氏体晶粒平均尺寸的影响.结果表明:在试验条件范围内,试验方坯的奥氏体晶粒尺寸随加热温度的升高、均热时间的延长而变大;当控制保温时间在15~25 min及加热温度1 080~1 200℃时,奥氏体晶粒长大速度较慢,晶粒平均尺寸比较细小、均匀;通过对试验数据的拟合,得到了在1 200℃以下方坯加热温度与原始奥氏体晶粒尺寸的关系模型.
Influence of heating system on grain size of nitrogen micro-alloyed HRB500E billet
The influence of heating system on the average grain size of austenite of nitrogen microalloyed HRB500E billet was studied under the condition of the heating temperature of 1 080-1 250 ℃ and the soaking time of 5-30 min.The results showed that the austenite grain size of the experimental billet samples increased with rising of the heating temperature and prolonging of the soaking time under the experimental conditions.When controlling the soaking time in 15-25 min and the heating temperature in 1 080-1 200 ℃,the growth rate of austenite grain was slower and the average grain size was relatively small and homogeneous.The relationship model between the heating temperature of the billet and the original austenite grain size was obtained by fitting the experiment data.
