入炉品位对高炉焦比及焦炭批重的影响

为了研究铁矿石品位变动对焦比及焦炭批重调整量的影响,指导高炉冶炼低品位铁矿石,根据拉姆公式构建的矿石品位变动对焦比影响的拟合函数,得到了矿石品位变动对焦炭批重影响的关系.对国内西南地区某2 500 m3高炉相关生产工艺参数进行理论计算分析,结果表明:在矿石品位较低时矿石品位变动对焦比的影响较为显著,焦炭批重与矿石品位呈正相关关系.
Influence of ore grade on coke ratio and coke batch of blast furnace
In order to study the influence of iron ore grade change on coke ratio and coke batch,and guide smelting low grade iron ore,the relationship between ore grade change and coke batch was obtained according to the fitting function of Rahm formula about the effect of ore grade change on coke ratio.The production process parameters were calculated on a 2 500 m3 blast furnace in Southwest of China based on the relationship.The results showed that the changes of ore grade significantly influenced coke ratio under the lower ore grade,and there was a positive correlation between coke batch and ore grade.
