Practice of optimizing process parameters for pellet
The acid oxide pellet was produced with the self-produced magnetite concentrates in Pelletizing Plant of Chengchao Mining Industry Co.,Ltd..The initial production was not smooth,so the product quality was influenced.Based on analysis of the physical and chemical properties of the raw materials,the process parameters of the pellet production were optimized.The results showed that the bailing performance of the raw materials could be ensured when the furnace temperature of the fluidized bed furnace was 600-650 ℃ and the roller current was above 350 A.The quality of the green ball and the pelletizing ratio could be improved significantly when the inclination angle of the balling pan was about 49°,the feeding amount 60 t/h,the speed about 7.6 r/min,the moisture of the mixed material about 8 % and the recycling ratio less than or equal to 30 %.The finished product quality was improved and the compressive strength per ball came up to 2 500 N when the thickness of burden distribution was 180-200 am,the temperature of the preheating section 940-980 ℃ and the roasting temperature 1 154-1 256 ℃.
