高炉喷煤添加剂的应用研究

为了改善煤粉燃烧性能、减少高炉炉内未燃煤粉量,进而降低高炉燃料消耗,针对云南某2 000m3高炉,采用实验室试验与工业性试验相结合的方法,对市售2种煤粉添加剂使用效果进行系统评价.结果表明:煤粉添加剂中的碱金属及氧化物、碳酸盐成分对改善煤粉燃烧性能有积极作用.经过为期5个月的工业性试验,在喷吹用煤粉中配加0.5%左右的2号添加剂,获得了煤比升高7.75 kg/t、焦比降低8.47 kg/t的实际效果.
Application of additives for blast furnace coal injection
In order to improve the combustion performance of coal powder and reduce the amount of unburned coal in blast furnace,which reduces the blast furnace fuel consumption,laboratory tests and industrial tests were carried out in combination,aiming at a 2 000 m3 blast furnace in Yunnan.The effects of the two kinds of commercially available coal powder additives were evaluated systematically during the tests.The results showed that alkali metals and their oxides and carbonates in coal powder additive had positive effects on improving the combustion performance of coal powder.Through the industrial tests for a period of 5 months,with the addition of about 0.5 % of No.2 additive in coal powder,the coal ratio was increased by 7.75 kg/t and the coke ratio was reduced by 8.47 kg/t.
