酒钢高炉炉渣冶金性能评价与炉况分析

高炉炉渣冶金性能良好是高炉稳定顺行的条件.针对酒钢高炉近年来炉况不顺的情况,对酒钢高炉炉渣进行现场取样和实验室分析,结果表明:1 450℃时炉渣黏度均在0.5 Pa·s以下,渣铁的硫分配比在32以上,排碱率110%左右,炉渣的流动性、稳定性及排碱性等冶金性能良好,能够满足高炉冶炼要求.结合酒钢高炉的生产实际,从装料、送风等操作制度方面提出了一些改进措施.
Evaluation of metallurgical properties of blast furnace slag of JISCO and analysis of furnace condition
The good metallurgical properties of blast furnace slag are the conditions for stable and smooth running of blast furnaces.Aiming at the unsmooth furnace condition of blast furnaces of JISCO in recent years,the field sampling and the laboratory analysis for blast furnace slag were carried out.The results showed that the viscosity of the slag was below 0.5 Pa· s at 1 450 ℃,the distribution ratio of sulfur between slag and iron more than 32,and the alkali discharge rate about 110 %.The metallurgical properties of the slag such as fluidity,stability and alkali discharge were good,which could meet the requirements of blast furnace smelting.Combined with the production practice of blast furnaces in JISCO,some improvement measures were put forward from the operating system such as charging,air supply and others.
