低碳铝镇静钢热轧卷表面夹杂缺陷分析与控制

对SPHC、DC01等系列低碳铝镇静钢热轧卷表面边部夹杂缺陷进行金相分析和生产过程的参数分析,结果表明:结晶器保护渣卷入是低碳铝镇静钢热轧卷表面边部夹杂缺陷产生的主要原因,而保护渣黏度、结晶器振动参数、连铸坯火焰清理及铸坯加热制度等都对该类缺陷发生率有重要影响.通过优选较高黏度保护渣、优化结晶器振动参数、强化铸坯表面清理、提高铸坯加热温度等,月均夹杂缺陷发生率从4.52 %~4.89%降低至2%以下,并保持稳定.
Analysis and control of inclusion defects on surface of LCAK hot-rolled coil
Inclusion defects in samples taken from LCAK hot-rolled coils of SPHC and DC01 steel series were analyzed with metallographic methods as well as the relevant production process parameters.The results showed that entrapment of mould powder was the main cause of the defects,and viscosity of powder,mold oscillation parameters,flame cleaning operation of slab and reheating process all could affect the occurrence rate of the defects.With countermeasures including using higher viscosity powder,optimizing mold oscillation parameters,standardizing flame cleaning operation,increasing reheating temperature and so on,the average occurrence rate per month of the inclusion defects on surface of the coil was decreased from 4.52 %-4.89 % to less than 2 % and kept stable.
