Research on annealing process of continuous rolled material of die steel H13
Annealing tests of die steel H13 as continuous rolled were carried out under different temperature,holding time and roll speed,to satisfy the special requirements of users on work hardness (≤220 HBW).The optimal annealing process was determined and the annealing structure of the H13 under this process was analyzed by metalloscope.The results showed that the annealing hardness of the H13 was related to annealing temperature,holding time and roll speed,which was lower under the circumstances of higher annealing temperature,longer holding time and lower roll speed.Under the optimal annealing process of temperature 840 ℃,holding time 5-6 h and roll speed 5.5 m/h,the average hardness of the steel products could drop to about 198 HBW and metallographic structure meet the standard requirement of users.
