热连轧精轧厚度AGC控制方法的优化

为了提高热连轧生产线的稳定性和产品厚度合格率,对精轧机组厚度AGC系统部分工艺及控制参数进行了优化.根据厚度范围,确立精轧AGC的调整限幅和速率;优化了深冲系列产品的AGC调整模式;开发了带钢尾部AGC锁定功能.通过优化,改善了精轧AGC系统的控制精度,提高了混合轧制时精轧的生产稳定性,热轧产品厚度合格率平均达到99.5%以上.
Optimization of AGC controling methods of thickness for finishing rolling of hot strip mill
To improve the production stability and the qualified rate of thickness for the hot strip mill,some process and control parameters of the AGC system of thickness of the finishing mill were optimized.The adjusting clip and the speed for AGC system of the finishing rolling were established according to the thickness range.The adjustment pattern of AGC system for the deep-drawing product series was optimized.The locking function of AGC system for the tail of strip steel was developed.Through optimizing,the control precision of AGC system of the finishing rolling was improved and the production stability of finishing rolling at mixed rolling was increased.The qualified rate of thickness for hot rolling mill production came up to above 99.5 % averagely.
