退火工艺对SUS304不锈钢组织与力学性能的影响

研究了在退火工艺流程中退火温度及保温时间对SUS304不锈钢的组织与力学性能的影响.研究表明:控制保温时间60min不变,随着退火温度的升高,不锈钢的晶粒长大,晶粒度由最初的11.5级降至6.0级,同时不锈钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度下降,伸长率上升;控制退火温度1 050℃不变,随着保温时间的延长,不锈钢的晶粒长大,晶粒度由最初的10.5级降至7.0级,同时钢的强度下降,伸长率上升.
Influence of annealing process on microstructure and mechanical properties of SUS304 stainless steel
The influences of annealing temperature and holding time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of SUS304 stainless steel in the annealing process were studied.The results showed that under the holding time of 60 min,the grain of the stainless steel grew up with the increase of annealing temperature,and the grain grade was reduced,from the initial 11.5 to 6.0.The yield strength and tensile strength of the stainless steel decreased and the elongation increased.Under the annealing temperature of 1 050 ℃,the grain of the stainless steel grew up with the prolongation of holding time and the grain grade was reduced,from the initial 10.5 to 7.0.At the same time,the strength of the steel decreased and the elongation increased.
