高强低合金钢成形极限曲线的计算

对6种不同性能的高强低合金钢进行了拉伸性能和成形极限曲线(FLC)的测试,分析了影响材料成形极限曲线应变水平的主要因素.结果表明:材料厚度和伸长率与其FIG具有很强的相关性.提出了基于拉伸性能参数的FLC经验计算公式,该方法比常用的计算方法具有更高的准确性,为低合金汽车板FLC的快速计算提供了一种新的途径.
Calculation of FLC for high-strength low alloy steel
The mechanical properties and the forming limit curves (FLC) of six different high-strength low alloy steel materials were measured,as well as the key influencing factors to the strain level of FLC were analyzed.It showed that the FLC0 is profoundly related to the thickness and elongation of the materials.Based on the tensile test properties,the empirical formulas for calculating FLC were brought out,which showed better accuracy than the conventional method for quick calculation of the FLC of low alloy sheet metals.
