冷轧和CSP短流程两种热成形钢动态拉伸性能研究

为了对传统冷轧和CSP短流程两种工艺生产的薄规格热成形钢的动态拉伸性能进行研究,通过相同的平板模具淬火试验获得了两种钢的马氏体组织,并对淬火态热成形钢进行了0.005~333/s等7个不同应变速率的动态性能测试.结果表明:两种热成形钢平板淬火过程马氏体转变达100%,具有相同的动态拉伸硬化响应特性,且均对应变速率不敏感,即两种材料均无应变速率效应.
Study on the dynamic tensile behavior of the cold-rolled and CSP press-hardening thin steel sheets
In order to make an investigation on the comparison of dynamic tensile properties,both cold-rolled and CSP hot-rolled press-hardening steel sheet blanks were austenized and quenched at a same cooling rate through a same tool,which resulted in as-quenched microstructures with approximate 100 % of Martensite.Then,the dynamic tensile tests were conducted at strain rotes from 0.005 to 333/s.The results of the tensile tests indicated that both cold-rolled and CSP hot-rolled press-hardening steels had the same hardening properties during tension and were both insensitive to the strain rate.
