高层建筑用Q345GJDZ25热轧H型钢的研制

为了保证高层建筑用钢Q345GJDZ25热轧H型钢的各项技术指标满足要求,采用Ⅴ-Ti微合金化结合再结晶控轧工艺,对Q345GJDZ25钢极限规格H428 mm×407 mm×20 mm×35 mm热轧H型钢进行了试制.结果表明:试制产品的下屈服强度为358~403 MPa,抗拉强度为498~534 MPa,屈强比为0.72~0.78,伸长率为26%~32%,平均冲击功为140~190 J,φz为40%~55%,冷弯和探伤全部合格.
Development of Q345GJDZ25 hot rolled H-shape steel for high-rise building
To guarantee the technical index of Q345GJDZ25 hot rolled H-shape steel for high-rise building meeting the requirements,Q345GJDZ25 hot rolled H-shape steel with limit specification H428 mm × 407 mm × 20 mm × 35 mm was trial-produced by Ⅴ-Ti microalloying combined with recrystallization controlled rolling process.The results showed that the lower yield strength of the trial product was 358-403 MPa,the tensile strength 498-534 MPa,the yield ratio 0.72-0.78,the elongation 26%-32%,the average impact power 140-190 J,and Φz40 %-55 %.The cold bending and the ultrasonic examination were qualified.
