900MPa级低碳贝氏体高强钢的组织性能研究

对低碳贝氏体高强钢进行了控轧控冷试验,对轧后钢板进行显微组织分析及力学性能检测,结果表明:钢的显微组织主要为粒状贝氏体和板条贝氏体;钢的抗拉强度较高,达到了900 MPa,断后伸长率为20.8%,冲击功达到172 J,硬度为325 HV;试验钢塑性、韧性良好.
Research on microstructure and properties of 900 MPa grade low-carbon bainite high strength steel
The controlled rolling and controlled cooling experiments of low-carbon bainite high strength steel were carried out,and the microstructure analysis and the mechanical property test of the rolled plate were also carried out.The results showed that the microstructure of the steel was mainly granular bainite and lath bainite.The tensile strength of the steel was high,and reached 900 MPa.The elongation after fracture was 20.8%.The impact energy reached 172 J.The hardness was 325 HV.The trial steel had good plasticity and toughness.
