880和980MPa级热轧钢轨曲线段应用性能研究

对铺设在曲线半径为500 m铁路的880 MPa(U71Mn)和980 MPa(U75V/U68CuCr)两种强度级别的热轧钢轨的服役性能进行跟踪,研究了试验段钢轨宏观形貌、光亮带宽度、工作面硬度和廓型的变化规律.结果表明:在相同条件下,980 MPa级别钢轨各项使用指标均高于880 MPa级别钢轨,在小曲线半径线路上宜选用980 MPa级别钢轨.
Study on service performance of 880 MPa and 980 MPa grade hot rolled rails for curve way
The service performances of two hot rolled rails of 880 MPa (U71Mn) and 980 MPa grades (U75V/U68CuCr) used for the railway with 500 m small radius curves were tracked.The macro morphology,light band width,face hardness and profile type were investigated.The results showed that the performance of 980 MPa grade rail was superior to 880 MPa grade rail at the same conditions.Therefore,980 MPa grade rail should be selected on the railway with short radius curves.
