地铁钢轨纵向条状掉块伤损原因分析

某地铁线路的钢轨上道使用2年后,在钢轨踏面部位出现剥离掉块伤损.对钢轨早期的伤损特征、伤损处掉块后的宏观形貌、金相组织、显微硬度进行了检验,并对钢轨进行化学成分和力学性能检测.结果表明:钢轨纵向条状掉块是由于钢轨表面被车轮擦伤,导致钢轨表层组织转变为马氏体,马氏体组织硬而脆,在重复的接触应力作用下发生掉块.经过打磨、铣削可处理擦伤深度小于0.5mm的钢轨伤损,擦伤深度大于0.5mm,一般要进行换轨处理.
Cause analysis of longitudinal strip spalling damage of metro rail tread
The spalling damages occurred at the rail tread of a metro line after 2 years.The damage features of the rail in early stage,the macroscopic morphology,the metallographic structure and the microhardness of the damaged rail were tested.The chemical composition and the mechanical properties of the rail were inspected.The results showed that the longitudinal spalling damage of the rail was caused by the surface scratch by wheels.The surface structure of the scratched rail was transformed into martensite which was hard and brittle,and then the spalling damages occurred under the repeated contact stresses.The rail damage of the depth less than 0.5 mm could be handled by grinding and milling.If the scratch depth was more than 0.5 mm,the rail should be replaced.
