钢铁生产流程铁素流网络建模与仿真

针对钢铁生产流程的铁素流网络,采用系统动力学方法构建了全流程铁素流运行的动态模型.仿真了首秦、鞍钢老区和鞍钢西区3个实际钢铁生产流程从原料加入设备到产品稳定输出阶段的产品铁素流、损失铁素流和铁素存量的动态特性.结果表明:首秦流程的烧结工序、炼铁工序和炼钢工序紧凑性较好,烧结工序和轧钢工序的铁资源利用率有较大提高空间,同时需要提高轧钢工序的技术水平和生产能力;鞍钢老区的炼铁工序和轧钢工序铁资源利用率较好,需要提高炼钢工序的铁资源利用率;鞍钢西区的炼钢工序铁资源利用率较好.
Modeling and simulation for iron-flow network of iron and steel production processes
A dynamic model for iron-flow network of iron and steel production processes was established based on system dynamics.The dynamic characteristics of the product iron-flow,the loss iron-flow and the iron stock in three practical iron and steel production processes of Shouqin,old Anshan and western Anshan iron and steel companies were simulated from the period of materials putting into the sintering machine to the product steady output.The results showed that the compactness of sintering,ironmaking and steelmaking procedures in Shouqin process is better,while the iron resource utilization of sintering and rolling procedures is relatively lower and the technology and production capacity of rolling procedure need to be improved.The iron resource utilization of ironmaking and rolling procedures in old Anshan process is better,while rolling procedure needs to be improved.The iron resource utilization of steelmaking procedure in western Anshan process is better.
