烧结过程中氮氧化物排放的研究

目前尚无经济有效的末端治理工艺进行烧结过程烟气脱硝,因此,有必要在烧结生产中进行工序过程控制,从而保证烟气排放时烟气中的NOx质量浓度处于较低水平.通过应用SPSS软件,使用统计分析的方法,解析了某钢厂实际烧结过程中原燃料条件参数、工艺参数对烟气中NOx质量浓度的影响.结果表明:半褐铁矿使用比例、料层冷态透气性、焦粉使用比例、钙质熔剂比例、BTP位置等因素对NOx的排放具有较强的相关性;采用多元线性回归法建立了烟气中NOx质量浓度的预测模型,其在误差为10%以内时,预测精度为62.12%,预测值与实际值的整体趋势一致.
Study on emission of nitrogen oxide in sintering process
Without the economic and efficient end-pipe treatment technology for the flue gas denitrification in the sintering process,it is necessary to carry out the sintering process control to reduce NOx concentration in the flue gas to the lower level during the flue gas emission.The influences of the condition parameters of raw material and the process parameters on NOx concentration in the flue gas during sintering were analyzed by means of statistical analysis with SPSS software.The results showed that the semi-limonite proportion,the cold permeability of material bed,the proportion of coke powder,the proportion of calcium-flux and BTP position had strong correlations with NOx emission concentration.The prediction model of NOx concentration in flue gas had been established through multiple linear regressions.When the error was less than 10 %,the prediction accuracy was 62.12 %,and the predicted value was consistent with the overall trend of the actual value.
