Study on emission of nitrogen oxide in sintering process
Without the economic and efficient end-pipe treatment technology for the flue gas denitrification in the sintering process,it is necessary to carry out the sintering process control to reduce NOx concentration in the flue gas to the lower level during the flue gas emission. The influences of the condition parameters of raw material and the process parameters on NOx concentration in the flue gas during sintering were analyzed by means of statistical analysis with SPSS software. The results showed that the semi-limonite proportion, the cold permeability of material bed,the proportion of coke powder, the proportion of calcium-flux and BTP position had strong correlations with NOx emission concentration. The prediction model of NOx concentration in flue gas had been established through multiple linear regressions. When the error was less than 10 %,the prediction accuracy was 62.12 %,and the predicted value was consistent with the overall trend of the actual value.
