摘要
生态文明建设大背景下,国土空间生态修复成为治理生态环境、维护生态系统安全的重要举措.与传统生态修复相比,新时期生态修复更加强调整体性、系统性和综合性.本文通过梳理生态修复演变历程,分析目前生态修复实践进展及存在的问题,并以西安市为例,从识别生态问题一张图、构建生态修复格局、划定生态修复分区、谋划生态修复重点工程、统筹生态修复规划实施的机制建设等方面,总结国土空间生态修复规划编制的技术方法,为相关城市的生态修复提供借鉴.
Abstract
In the context of ecological civilization construction,ecological restoration of territorial space has become an important measure to improve the ecological environment and maintain the security of the ecosystem.Compared with traditional ecological restoration,ecological restoration in the new era emphasizes more on integrity,systematicness and comprehensiveness.In this paper,by sorting out the evolution of ecological restoration,the progress and problems of current ecological restoration practice are analyzed,and taking Xi'an as an example,the technical methods of territorial space ecological restoration planning are summarized from the aspects of identifying a map of ecological problems,constructing ecological restoration pattern,delineating ecological restoration zones,planning key ecological restoration projects,and coordinating the mechanism construction of ecological restoration planning.It provides reference for the ecological restoration of related cities.
