Effectiveness and policy suggestions for the construction of green mines in China
Green mine construction is the basic support for the green development of China's mining industry,and also the practical foundation for the green development of mining enterprises.This paper divides the development process of green mine construction in China into three stages:ideological germination,pilot exploration and accelerated construction.The effective experience is summarized from five aspects:deepening the concept of green development in mining,improving the level of resource development and protection,forming a green development model for mining,enhancing the appearance of mining images,and establishing a green mining management system.There are still some problems,such as the low enthusiasm of some mining enterprises,the imperfect standard system,the need to improve evaluation and supervision mechanism,and the lack of detailed laws and regulations.The policy suggestions to promote the construction of green mines are put forward from five aspects:improving the system of laws and regulations,establishing the relevant standard system,improving the evaluation and supervision mechanism,strengthening the typical demonstration publicity,and consolidating the theoretical and technical research.
