Study on the optimization of price system for the inventory of state-owned agricultural land resource assets
The rationality of the inventory price results calculated based on agricultural land sample prices and the connectivity of price levels among different agricultural land price systems are crucial for accurately estimating the value of state-owned agricultural land.This paper attempts to start with the research on current policies related to the disposal and allocation of state-owned agricultural land,analyze the reasons for the differences in inventory prices caused by different types of rights and calculation standards,and finally propose corresponding optimization suggestions for the key technical points of constructing the inventory price system,such as technical processes,price connotations,parameters and indicators.
