Experience and enlightenment of integrated planning system in Queensland,Australia
How to effectively realize the conduction of spatial interests is the key technical link of spatial planning,which needs to strengthen the empirical research.Queensland,Australia,through state planning policies,regional plans and urban planning and other multi-level statutory planning,as well as the Planning Act 2016,Planning Regulation 2017,Regional Planning Interests Act 2014 and their supporting regulations,has carried out spatial planning system construction centered on the conduction of state interests and regional interests,so as to realize effective regional governance.By studying the conduction and realization of spatial interests in the reform and construction of integrated planning system in Queensland,this paper aims to provide experience and referenc for the current improvement of planning regulations and policies,compilation and approval,implementation and supervision system in China.
