This paper takes Tiandong county,Baise city,Guangxi province as an example, constructs a multi factor evaluation model and evaluation index system, and uses field research data to quantitatively evaluate the rural revitalization effect of land transfer in Tiandong county. The comprehensive effect index is 6.24.The specific evaluation conclusions are as follows:Tiandong county has a relatively small scale of land transfer, with a low proportion of leading enterprises among the transfer subjects, slow industrial integration and development, and an industrial revitalization effect index of only 4.75;The planting of large-scale economic forests and fruits has a significant ecological revitalization effect on land transfer, but there are fewer land transfers aimed at ecological restoration;Land transfer has promoted the flow of various technical and management talents to rural areas, but most of them are"migratory birds"and cannot take root in rural areas, making it difficult to promote the revitalization of rural talents; In the process of serving land transfer, the grassroots cadres have been trained, effectively promoting the revitalization of rural organizations; The ratio of household income of relevant farmers after and before land transfer is as high as 1.84,indicating a significant effect of land transfer on enriching people's income. Finally, measures are proposed to improve the rural revitalization effect of land transfer from four aspects:promoting land transfer, accelerating agricultural industrialization, promoting talent gathering, and improving organizational services.
