Discussion on the main problems and countermeasures of ecological conservation redline control:taking Hubei province as an example
In 2022,China completed the delineation of"three zones delineated by three lines for land use",which is of great strategic significance for maintaining national ecological security.The construction of China's ecological conservation redline(ECR)system has entered a new stage with control as the core,but the construction of ECR control system and mechanism is still under exploration.Based on the"Notice on Strengthening the Management of ECR(Trial)",the core policy document of ECR management at this stage,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the process of ECR management in Hubei province,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for strengthening the management of ECR and strictly observing the natural ecological security boundary in the future.
