Discussion on optimazing market-oriented allocation of natural resource elements in Hainan province
In recent years,the market of natural resources has flourished in Hainan province,but many problems have remained and affected the efficiency of natural resource allocation.The problems contain the different degree of marketization,the weak foundation of natural resource market support system,the low degree of market allocation of ecological assets and products,the insufficient role of market regulation and government macro-control,and the low efficiency of land use.This paper proposes suggestions for optimizing the allocation of natural resource elements in Hainan province,including building a unified natural resource trading platform,consolidating the basic support system of the natural resource market,constructing an ecological product trading market,coordinating market allocation with government macro-control,and correcting market failures.These suggestions provide a reference for optimizing the market-oriented allocation of natural resource elements in Hainan province.
