Study on the site and route selection of construction projects under the territorial spatial planning system
Under the territorial spatial planning system in new era,it is necessary to reasonably guide construction projects to strictly implement the principles of ecological priority, farmland protection, and efficient and intensive land use on the basis of coordinating the development and protection of multiple elements of territorial spatial planning.Scientific site selection, route selection, and land use scale verification are conducive to promoting the coordination between land site selection and the overall layout of territorial spatial planning, development and protection, and promoting the efficient and orderly development and utilization of regional territorial spatial planning. This paper takes major construction projects as an example, deeply analyzes the relevant policy changes in requirements for the site selection and route selection of major construction projects in the new era and the existing problems, and makes some suggestions,so as to provide the support for coordinating the spatial relationship between the site selection and route selection of major construction projects and the planning bottom line control elements, improve the planning compliance level of the site selection and route selection of construction projects, and also enhance the efficiency of land and space optimization.
