Implementation of new industrial land policy and countermeasures:taking the typical region of Pearl River Delta as an example
As a pilot field for reform and development in Guangdong Province,the Pearl River Delta region began to explore the new industrial land policy earlier to promote industrial transformation and upgrading and the development of innovative industrial agglomeration.In view of the problems existing in the typical areas of the Pearl River Delta in the process of policy implementation,such as the real estate of industrial land,the widespread breach of contract in construction and completion,the unobvious expected effect of policy,and the difficulty of post-supply supervision,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of strengthening planning guidance,implementing default disposal,and strengthening performance supervision to support the development of innovative industries.
