Research on comprehensive land consolidation in rural areas based on spatial pattern optimization:taking Fasi street in Jiangxia,Wuhan as an example
Comprehensive land consolidation is an important platform for promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and an important lever for the implementation of practical village planning that integrates multiple plans in rural areas.For a long time,the emphasis on urban areas over rural areas in planning,protection,and utilization has led to rural areas to face challenges such as fragmented farming maps,ecological space degradation,and inefficient construction space.Taking Fasi street in Jiangxia,Wuhan as an example,this paper proposes that comprehensive land consolidation should take the flow of land resource elements and optimization of spatial pattern as the path,by tapping into the potential of cultivated land,promoting concentrated and contiguous construction of cultivated land,refining bottom line control,consolidating ecological pattern,strengthening planning guidance,activating existing resources,and reconstructing the spatial pattern and interest pattern of land,so as to solve the problem of uneven development in rural areas and promote high-quality development in rural areas.
