Research Status and Prospect of Circular Sawing Technology in Agricultural Machinery Field
Circular sawing technology is an important part of cutting technology in the field of agricultural machinery in China.The high-speed rotary circular sawing has an unique advantage in cutting stalks.The use of finite element simulation and orthogonal test to determine the best working parameters and optimize the structure of circular saw contour curve and dynamic stability is the focus of current research.This paper summarizes the research status of the working parameters and structure optimization of circular saw,analyzes the problems existing in China's circular saw technology,and forecasts the development trend.
