基于表面等离激元调控金纳米方孔阵列的瞬态光学特性

为揭示表面等离激元对金属纳米结构的瞬态光学特性的影响机制,基于电磁场-传热耦合仿真研究了金纳米方孔阵列在不同激发条件下的瞬态光学响应.研究发现,在共振激发的情况下,等离激元模式的瞬态光学响应比在非共振激发情况下更强更快,且不同模式处的瞬态光学响应存在明显的差异.该研究为设计更强更快的全光调控器件提供一种新的思路,并有助于从物理机制的角度揭示与表面等离激元共振相关的瞬态光学现象.
Transient Optical Properties of Gold Square Nanopore Arrays Modulated Based on Plasmonics
To clarify the influence mechanism of surface plasmon on transient optical properties of metal nanostructures,the transient optical response of gold square nanopore arrays under different excitation conditions was studied through electromagnetic field-heat transfer coupling simulation.The study found that resonance excitation of plasmon modes could lead to stronger and faster transient optical responses than non-resonant excitation,and there were significant differences in the responses at different plasmon modes.The study provides a novel approach for designing stronger and faster all-optical modulation devices and contributes to the revelation of transient optical phenomena related to surface plasmon resonance from the perspective of physical mechanisms.
