共情传播:贵州"村超"出圈的策略及效应

贵州"村超"出圈,成为现象级的乡村嘉年华文化盛事,其出圈的过程是一个交流、沟通、传播的过程,是共同或相似的情绪、情感、态度、认知、思想等的形成、表达、传递、分享、扩散的过程,即是共情传播的过程。贵州"村超"之所以火爆出圈,其中一个重要原因便是卓有成效的共情传播。共情传播视角下,"村超"出圈的策略包括四个方面:整合多元的共情传播主体,选取激发共情的传播内容,选择合适的共情传播媒介,选用引发共情的传播话语。"村超"的共情传播引发了受众由知到情再到行,形成了一个完整的共情过程,催生了足球运动热潮,促进了民族团结,带动了榕江"超经济"。但是"村超"共情传播仍需进一步优化,需进一步将共情融入"村超"传播平台建设,用精准共情营造有利于"村超"的舆论环境,以共情议题提升"村超"品牌的议程设置能力,确保传播内容以情感人、以情动人,从而进一步助力"村超"持续发展。
Empathetic Communication:Strategies and Effects of Guizhou's"Cun Chao"Going Viral
Guizhou's"Cun Chao"(Village Football Super League)has gone viral and become a phenomenal rural carnival cultural event.The process of going viral involves communication,interaction,and dissemination,where the shared or similar emotions,sentiments,attitudes,perceptions,and thoughts are expressed,delivered,shared and disseminated.It is a process of empathetic communication.One of the key reasons for the explosive popularity of Guizhou"Cun Chao"is its effective empathetic communication.From the perspective of empathetic communication,the strategies behind its viral success include the following four aspects:integrating diverse empathetic communication entities,selecting compelling empathetic communication content,choosing suitable empathetic communication channels,and utilizing impactful empathetic communication discourse.The empathetic communication of"Cun Chao"has led the audience from awareness to emotional connection,and ultimately to action,forming a complete empathetic process.It has sparked a football craze,promoted ethnic unity,and boosted the local economy in Rongjiang.However,there is still room for improvement in the empathetic communication of"Cun Chao".It is necessary to further integrate empathy into the construction of the"Cun Chao"communication platform,create a favorable public opinion environment through precise empathetic communication,enhance the agenda-setting capability of the Village Football brand through empathetic issues,and ensure that the communication content is emotionally engaging,thereby further fueling the continuous popularity of"Cun Chao".
