Research on the Conceptual Framework and Technical Path of Smart Renewal Supported by Urban Information Technology:A Case Study of Xuanwu District in Nanjing
Facing the stock planning era, making full use of the opportunity of smart city construction and integrate urban information technology into urban regeneration to realize"smart renewal"is an important means for urban spatial transformation and highvquality development.Based on the concept of"urban informatics"and"organic renewal",this paper constructs a conceptual framework of urban smart regeneration from three dimensions of smart assessment, smart transformation and smart operation and maintenance.Specific technical paths for regeneration are explored in combination with the regeneration practice of Xuanwu District in Nanjing, with a view to providing new ideas for urban regeneration work in China.Three conclusions are proposed in this paper:firstly, urban information technology can provide multi-source big data with indicator system design for diagnosing urban spatial problems, mining residents'demand, and evaluating renewal potential;secondly,it can also provide information infrastructure, which can be combined with urban space reconstruction to create functional smart scenes meeting the needs of different groups;lastly,it can provide information platforms, coordinating the sustainable operation and scientific decision-making of various smart scenes in the district, and promoting the continuous iterative upgrade of industries.
