摘要
随着旧机场的停航和搬迁,占地广阔的原机场地区亟待转型和再开发,地处城市中心或近郊旧机场地区的城市更新成为推动城市发展新的增长点,但我国旧机场地区有机更新的成熟路径和先进模式尚在探索之中.本文首先剖析了基于谨慎城市更新理论的德国柏林滕博尔霍夫机场地区综合开发案例,其次深入分析了该机场地区城市更新项目的决策过程、实施策略及其开发成效,最后基于滕博尔霍夫机场地区城市更新的理论应用及其实践总结出对我国旧机场地区综合开发的可借鉴之处.
Abstract
With the suspension and relocation of the old airport,the former airport area covering a vast area are in urgent need of transformation and redevelopment.The urban regeneration of these old airport areas located in the city center or suburbs has become a new growth point to promote urban development.However,the mature path and advanced mode of organic regeneration of old airport areas in China are still being explored.First of all,this paper analyzes the integrated development case of Berlin Tempelhof airport area based on the careful urban regeneration theory,and then deeply analyzes the decision-making process,implementation strategies and development effect of the urban regeneration project in this airport area.Finally,a conclusion is drawn on the lessons learned from the urban regeneration theory application and its practice in the Tempelhof airport area for the integrated development of old airport areas in China.
