Study on the Influence of Frictional Coefficient on the Assembly Quality of Bolts
The relationship between friction coefficient,axial force and tightening torque during bolt tighte-ning process was studied.The influence of friction coefficient on torque assembly method and torque angle assembly method was analyzed.The torque coefficient and anti loose performance were tested by using the multi-function fastening analysis system and the transverse vibration testing machine.And a specific case was used to study the effect of friction coefficient on bolt assembly quality.The results showed that friction coefficient was one of the key factors affecting assembly quality,which affected the stability of bolted con-nections to a large extent.Within the effective range,the friction coefficient was inversely proportional to the reliability of bolted connection.The selection and design of threaded fasteners must adhere to the prin-ciple of reliability theory,so as to full utilize the efficiency of fasteners and improve the assembly quality.
