端盖螺栓失效分析

对发电厂失效的端盖螺栓进行宏观检查、光谱分析、硬度检测、力学性能测试、金相检测及扫描电镜观察和能谱分析,结合该螺栓的断裂位置和断裂方式,综合分析螺栓失效的原因.结果表明端盖螺栓在制造过程中热处理控制不当,安装时紧固力矩过大,长期承受交变载荷,最终导致端盖螺栓发生疲劳断裂.
Failure Analysis of End Cover Bolts
The macroscopic inspection,spectral analysis,hardness testing,mechanical property testing,metallographic inspection,scanning electron microscope observation and energy spectrum analysis were carried out on the failed bolts of the power plant.Combined with the fracture location and fracture mode of the bolts,the failure causes of the bolts were comprehensively analyzed.The results showed that the im-proper heat treatment control during the manufacturing process of the end cover bolts,excessive the tighte-ning torque during installation,and long-term exposure to alternating load ultimately led to fatigue fracture of the end cover bolts.
