汽车用6111铝合金板材成形性和烤漆性研究

通过对6111铝合金坯料沿与轧制方向分别呈0°、45°和90°取样进行力学性能测试,采用模拟软件进行成形极限曲线模拟,对比不同预时效与预应变下板材的成形性和烤漆硬化性.结果表明6111铝合金板材具有各向异性,T4和T4P5态下与轧制方向呈0°时强度、应变硬化指数n值及塑性应变比r值均最高;T4P5态下板材成形性最好,其强度最低,延伸率、n值、r值、△r和成型极限值最大,屈强比最小.6111铝合金板材具有良好的烤漆硬化性能,与T4P5态相比其屈服强度提高了 97 MPa,2%塑性预应变处理后板材烤漆硬化性能再提高22 MPa.
Study on the Formability and Paintability of 6111 Aluminum Alloy Sheet for Automobile
The mechanical properties of 6111 aluminum alloy billets were tested by taking samples along the rolling direction at 0°,45° and 90°,respectively,and the fitted forming limit curve was carried out by simulation software.The formability and paint hardening of sheet were compared under different pre-aging and pre-strain conditions.The results showed that the 6111 aluminum alloy sheet had anisotropy,and the strength,strain hardening index n value and plastic strain ratio r value were the highest in the T4 and T4P5 states with the rolling direction at 0°.In the T4P5 state,the sheet had the best formability,with the lowest strength,the largest elongation,n value,r value,△r and forming limit value,the smallest yield ratio.The 6111 aluminum alloy sheet had good paint hardening performance,with the yield strength in-creased of 97 MPa compared to T4P5 state.After 2%plastic pre-strain treatment,the paint hardening per-formance of the sheet was further increased by 22 MPa.
