Heat treatment is a key step to ensure the performance and lifespan of molds.Vacuum heat treatment has the advantages of no oxidation,no decarburization,degreasing and degassing,good surface quality and small heat treatmen deformation,etc.,so is widely used in the heat treatment of molds.The first revised standard GB/T 22561-2023 vacuum heat treatmen specifies the requirements for the heat treatment equipment,process and process specifications of metal materials under vacuum conditions,which is conducive to guiding and standardizing the production of vacuum heat treatment of molds,impro-ving the quality of molds and promoting the high-quality development of China's mold industry.
