淬火速率对不同成分铝合金组织和性能的影响

研究了淬火速率对6060和6061铝合金组织、力学性能、电导率和硬度的影响.6060和6061铝合金的淬火速率分别为393.24、519.06 ℃/min.试验结果表明,6061铝合金的晶粒尺寸大于6060铝合金,其屈服强度、抗拉强度和维氏硬度均高于6060铝合金,而电导率低于6060铝合金.在T4状态下6061铝合金的延伸率低于6060铝合金,在T6状态下两者的延伸率相同.淬火速率对铝合金组织和性能具有较大影响,6061铝合金的淬火敏感性高于6060铝合金.
Effect of Quenching Rate on Microstructure and Properties of Aluminum Alloys with Different Compositions
The effect of quenching rate on microstructure,mechanical properties,electrical conductivity and hardness of 6060 and 6061 aluminum alloy were studied.The quenching rate of 6060 and 6061 alumi-num alloy was 393.24 and 519.06 ℃/min,respectively.The experimental results showed that the grain size of 6061 aluminum alloy was larger than 6060 aluminum alloy,while the yield strength,tensile strength and Vickers hardness were higher than those of 6060 aluminum alloy,but the electrical conductivity was lower than that of 6060 aluminum alloy.The elongation of 6061 aluminum alloy in T4 state was lower than that of 6060 aluminum alloy,and the elongation in T6 state was the same.The quenching rate had a signif-icant impact on the microstructure and properties of aluminum alloys,and the quenching sensitivity of 6061 aluminum alloy was higher than that of 6060 aluminum alloy.
