Cause Analysis and Measure of Surface Corrosion of Cold-rolled Annealing Coil
The formation mechanism of surface corrosion of cold-rolled annealing coil was introduced,and the causes of corrosion were analyzed.Through targeted measures such as formulating periodic management of key process equipment,oil preparation plan in special weather and oiling amount optimization,the sur-face corrosion of cold-rolled annealing coil had been reduced by 75％year-on-year,which improved the surface quality and contract delivery rate of cold-rolled annealing products.
