几起材料代用管控不当引起的热处理故障

基于生产实际中材料代用的现象,对因代用管控不当而造成的热处理问题进行了论述.因材料变更,用中碳合金钢代替低碳合金钢去进行渗碳,导致制件心部基体硬度高而韧性差,在使用中出现断裂的问题;因供货状态变更,而热处理工艺方式没有进行相应更改,出现热处理工序遗漏与热处理质量差等问题;因尺寸代用导致超过材料最大淬透直径,出现热处理后组织不良的问题.针对上述问题,制定了材料变更的控制流程,明确对变更的情况要进行评审,识别变更的风险,并针对性地采取措施;并提出了加强知识管理的要求,通过对材料相关知识的收集及经验教训的整理,为设计选材和工艺评审提供指导.
Several Heat Treatment Failures Caused by Improper Control of Material Substitution
Based on the phenomenon of material substitution in production practice,the heat treatment problems caused by improper control of substitution were discussed.Due to material change,the use of medium carbon alloy steel instead of low-carbon alloy steel for carburizatione,resulting in high hardness and poor toughness of the core matrix of the workpiece,leading to fracture during use.There had been a change in the supply status,but the heat treatment process had not been changed accordingly,resulting in the problems such as missing heat treatment processes and poor quality of heat treatment.There was a prob-lem of exceeding the maximum quenching diameter of the material due to size substitution,resulting in poor microstructure after heat treatment.In response to the above problems,develop a control process for material change,clarify the need to review changes,identify risks of changes and take targeted measures.And requirments were proposed to strengthen knowledge management,providing guidance for design mate-rial selection and process review through the collection of material related knowledge and the organization of experience and lessons learned.
