结合多年2A14热处理生产情况,对出现的三起质量问题进行了分析.因供应自由锻件的状态变更,造成固溶时效后制件硬度偏低;因机械加工选取刀具不当导致残余应力过大,热处理后变形过大的问题;因取样方向错误而造成拉伸数据不真实的问题.针对上述问题进行了分析,提出审视零件加工全过程的改进措施,对可能影响热处理质量的风险点进行控制,确保热处理质量稳定.
Analysis of Several Heat Treatment Problems of 2A14 Parts
According to the production situation of 2A14 heat treatment in the company for many years,three quality problems were analyzed.Due to the change of the state of the supplied free forgings,the hardness of part was low after solid solution and aging.Excessive residual stress and deformation after heat treatment caused by improper selection of cutting tools in machining.The tensile data was not true due to the wrong sampling direction.This paper analyzed the above problems,and put forward improvement measures to examine the whole process of parts processing,to control the risk points that might affect the quality of heat treatment,and to ensure the stability of heat treatment quality.
