淬火冷却方式对7A52铝合金方管材组织与性能的影响

通过金相组织观察和室温力学性能测试,研究了在线风冷淬火、在线水罐淬火和离线淬火对壁厚为5 mm的7A52铝合金方管材显微组织与力学性能的影响.结果表明,7A52铝合金方管材采用在线水罐淬火冷却方式时,其抗拉强度为483 MPa,屈服强度为431 MPa,断后伸长率为13%,既可满足产品的强度要求,又能降低生产成本.
Effect of Quenching Cooling Method on Microstructure and Properties of 7A52 Aluminum Alloy Square Pipe
The effects of on-line air cooling quenching,on-line water tank quenching and off-line quench-ing ways on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7A52 aluminum alloy square pipe with a wall thickness of 5 mm were studied by metallographic observation and room temperature mechanical properties test.The results showed that with cooling method of on-line water tank quenching,the tensile strength of 7A52 aluminum alloy square pipe was 483 MPa,yield strength after fracture was 431 MPa and elongation after fracture was 13%,which could not only meet the strength requirements of products,but also reduce the production cost.
