退火工艺对电池壳用钢XDCK第二相粒子影响的研究

为了研究退火工艺对电池壳用钢XDCK第二相粒子的影响,在连续退火条件下对XDCK进行模拟试验和工业试验.采用连续退火模拟试验机模拟连续退火生产工艺,对不同退火温度和退火保温时间试样中第二相粒子的尺寸、数量和分布情况进行研究.结果表明电池壳用钢XDCK中第二相粒子为TiC,随着退火温度的升高和保温时间的延长,第二相粒子尺寸逐渐增大.
Research on the Effect of Annealing Process on the Second Phase Particles of XDCK Steel for Battery Shell
In order to study the effect of annealing process on the second phase particles of XDCK steel for battery shell,the simulation and industrial tests were conducted on XDCK steel under continuous annealing conditions.By using a continuous annealing simulation testing machine to simulate the continuous annealing production process,the size,quantity and distribution of the second phase particles in samples annealed with different annealing temperatures and holding times were studied.The results showed that the second phase particle in the XDCK steel for battery shell was TiC.With the annealing temperature and the holding time increased,the size of the second phase particle increased.
