轴承滚子冲压裂纹形成机理及控制工艺研究

某批轴承冲压滚子端面出现裂纹,通过分析其冲压过程,观察其裂纹处及断口的形貌和显微组织,对裂纹产生的主要原因进行分析.结果表明,原材料局部存在的碳化物液析和碳化物带状超标导致该部位塑韧性变差;并且冷镦过程中大端面的变形较大,加工硬化作用强,在二者叠加作用下产生裂纹.提出了解决裂纹的措施,需要严格控制原材料质量,保证材料组织和成分的均匀性,避免类似问题再次发生.
Research on Cracks Formation Mechanism and Control Technology of Bearing Roller During the Stamping Process
The main reasons for end face cracks of a certain batch of bearing stamping rollers were ana-lyzed by analyzing the stamping process,observing the morphology and microstructure of the crack location and fracture surface.The results showed that due to the presence of localized carbide precipitation and ex-cessive carbide banding in the raw materials,the plasticity and toughness of this area deteriorated.Moreo-ver,during the cold heading processes,the deformation of the large end face was significant,and the work hardening effect was strong,the superimposed effects of the two produced cracks.The measures to solve cracks were put forward,it was necessary to strictly control the quality of raw materials,ensure the uni-formity of material organization and composition to avoid the recurrence of similar problems.
