Effect of Heat Treatment Process on Microstructure and Properties of Low Carbon Cr13 Martensitic Stainless Steel
The effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of low car-bon Cr13 martensitic stainless steel after quenching was studied by tempering at different temperatures.The results showed that the carbon in martensitic structure was precipatated constantly with the increase of tempering temperature,when the tempering temperature reached 580 ℃,austenitic phase transformation was produced.When the tempering temperature continued to increase,the austenitic phase increased.The yield strength,tensile strength,hardness and yield ratio reduced gradually with the increase of tempering temperature,when the temperature increased 610 ℃,the yield strength and yield ratio decreased signifi-cantly.
