变速器输出轴20Cr2Ni4A材料的研究及应用

为满足大扭矩变速箱的开发要求,将20Cr2Ni4A材料应用于变速器输出轴零件,采用渗碳空冷+高温回火+二次淬火工艺,有效控制了 20Cr2Ni4A材料表面的残余奥氏体含量,同时使渗碳层表面析出了弥散碳化物.此外,开发了两种不同的渗碳热处理工艺,验证了其对零件表面和3/4 R处硬度及输出轴零件静扭强度的影响.结果表明,不同的渗碳热处理工艺仅对零件的有效硬化层深度有影响,而增加有效硬化层深度对零件表面及芯部硬度、静扭强度基本没有影响.
Research and Application of 20Cr2Ni4A Material for Transmission Output Shaft
In order to meet the development requirements of high torque transmissions,the carburized gear steel 20Cr2Ni4A material was applied to the transmission output shaft parts.The process route of air cool-ing after carburization,followed by high-temperature tempering and secondary quenching were used to ef-fectively control the residual austenite content on the surface of 20Cr2Ni4A material,while causing the precipitation of dispersed carbides on the surface of carburized layer.In addition,two different carburizing heat treatment processes were developed to verify the effects on the hardness of parts at the surface and 3/4 R,as well as the static torsional strength of output shaft parts.The results indicated that different carburizing heat treatment processes only affected the effective hardening depth of parts,and increasing the effective hardening depth had little influence on the surface and core hardness and the static torsion strength.
