Research Progress on Cold Sprayed Copper-based Composite Materials
The deposition characteristics and bonding mechanism of cold sprayed copper-based composite materials were analyzed.The microstructure and properties characteristics of typical cold spray copper-based composite materials were summarized.The development direction of copper-based composite materi-als prepared by cold spraying was discussed,providing reference and inspiration for the development and application of cold sprayed copper-based composite materials.
