热处理工艺对QAl10-3-1.5铝青铜组织及性能的影响

制造业高质量发展的需求,使进一步提高QAl10-3-1.5铝青铜的耐磨、耐腐蚀性能成为必然趋势.通过研究固溶、时效、深冷处理工艺对组织和性能的影响规律,对QAl10-3-1.5铝青铜热处理工艺进行了优化:固溶温度890℃,保温时间2 h;时效温度300℃,保温时间4 h;深冷处理温度-196℃,保温时间0.5 h.固溶时效处理后合金组织以β'相为主,κ相弥散分布,抗拉强度可达到751 MPa;深冷处理后晶粒内部形成较多的位错,提高了材料的致密度,硬度可达到182 HBW.
Effect of Heat Treatment Process on Microstructure and Properties of QAl10-3-1.5 Aluminum Bronze
With the development of manufacturing industry,it is an inevitable trend to further improve the wear and corrosion resistance of QAl10-3-1.5 aluminum bronze.The process of solid solution,aging and cryogenic treatment of QAl10-3-1.5 aluminum bronze were studied,and the optimum parameters were obtained as follows:solid solution at 890℃for 2 hours,aging treatment at 300℃for 4 hours,cryogenic treatment at-196℃for 0.5 hours.After solution aging treatment,the microstructure was mainly composed of β′ phase,with dispersed distribution of κ phases,and the tensile strength was up to 751 MPa.After cryogenic treatment,more dislocations formed in the microstructure,which increased the density of the material,and the hardness could reach 182 HBW.
