Effect of Post-weld Heat Treatment Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 15-5PH Welded Joints
The effect of post-weld heat treatment temperature on the microstructure and properties of 15-5PH welded joints was studied,the strength,impact absorption energy and residual austenite content of welded joints were tested.The results showed that when the post-weld heat treatment temperature was 480 to 580℃,with the increase of post-weld heat treatment temperature,the strength gradually decreased,the impact absorption energy gradually increased,the residual austenite content gradually increased,the metallographic structure grain size gradually became uniform,the performance gradually stabilized,and the corrosion resistance of grain boundaries gradually improved.
