稀土Y对无氧铜加工材性能的影响

摘要
采用显微维氏硬度计、涡流电导率仪和电化学工作站等,研究了稀土Y对无氧铜加工材力学性能、导电性能和耐蚀性能的影响及其作用规律.结果表明,随着稀土Y含量的增加,轧制加工态试验样品的维氏硬度先降低后逐渐升高,成品退火态试验样品的维氏硬度逐渐升高,样品退火前后维氏硬度的降低率逐渐减小.随着稀土Y含量的增加,轧制加工态和成品退火态试验样品的电导率先升高后逐渐降低,成品退火态试验样品的腐蚀电位Ecorr和腐蚀电流密度icorr均先下降后上升再下降,电化学阻抗则先上升后下降.添加 0.006%稀土Y的无氧加工材可同时提高抗高温软化性能、导电性能和耐腐蚀性能,但在硬度方面略为不足.
Abstract
The effects of rare earth Y on the mechanical properties,electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance of oxygen free copper processing materials were studied by micro Vickers hardness tester,eddy current conductivity meter and electrochemical workstation.The results show that with the increase of rare earth Y content,the Vickers hardness of rolling test sample decreases first and then increases gradually,and the Vickers hardness of finished annealed test sample increases gradually,and the decreasing rate of Vickers hardness of sample before and after annealing decreases gradually.With the increase of rare earth Y content,the conductivity of the rolled and annealed samples first increases and then gradually decreases,the corrosion potential Ecorr and the corrosion current density icorr of the annealed samples first decreases and then increases and then decreases,and the electrochemical impedance first increases and then decreases.The addition of 0.006%rare earth Y can improve the high temperature softening resistance,electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance at the same time,but the hardness is slightly insufficient.
