铝合金在辊底式淬火炉淬火有效性研究

选取淬火敏感性较强的7075铝合金板材(厚20 mm)为研究对象,经辊底炉固溶淬火、拉伸矫直后进行整板电导率测试.试验结果表明,淬火后电导率为 26~31%IACS,当淬火速度减小至 20 m/min时,其电导率的差异值增大,淬火均匀性较差,不满足淬火有效性要求.当淬火速度在 20~40 m/min范围内时,其电导率差异值小于 2.5%IACS,符合标准AMS 2772 要求.板材时效处理后进行力学性能测试,其抗拉强度为 570~600 MPa,屈服强度为 520~550 MPa,延伸率为9%~13.5%,均能满足标准ASTM B209 和EN 485 要求.根据淬火后的电导率和成品力学性能变化规律,可优化淬火工艺,保证辊底炉的淬火有效性.
Research on Quenching Effectiveness of Aluminum Alloy at Roller-hearth Furnace
7075 aluminum alloy plate(thickness 20 mm)with strong quenching sensitivity was selected as the research object,and the electrical conductivity of the whole plate was tested after solution quenching and stretching straightening in roller-hearth furnace.The test results show that the electrical conductivity after quenching is 26 to 31%IACS,when the quenching speed is reduced to 20 m/min,the difference value of the electrical conductivity increases,and the quenching uniformity is poor,which can not meet the requirements of quenching effectiveness.When the quenching speed is in the range of 20 to 40 m/min,the conductivity difference value is less than 2.5%IACS,which meets the requirements of standard AMS 2772.The mechanical properties of the plate after aging are tested,and the tensile strength is 570 to 600 MPa,the yield strength is 520 to 550 MPa,and the elongation is 9%to 13.5%,which can meet the requirements of standard ASTM B209 and EN 485.According to the changes of electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of finished products after quenching,the quenching process can be optimized to ensure the quenching effectiveness of roller-hearth furnace.
